Pennsylvania Helmet Law
You & your passenger must be at least 21 years of age to ride with out a helmet.
PERIOD. No exceptions.
You must also:
1. Have a minimum two years of licensed motorcycle experience. Motorcycle permits
do not count!
2. OR have successfully completed (passed) the Motorcycle Safety Course.
